Q: How are edible products shipped?

A: We ship all edible and perishable products with cold packs as quickly as the mail service allows. Please make sure you will be home to retrieve your package upon receipt of the delivery notification. Contact us as soon as you notice any damage or issues with your product and we will begin the process to correct the issue.

Q: Is there free shipping?

A: Yes, retail orders over $50 and wholesale orders over $250 receive free shipping. Occasionally we will have specials and deals with free shipping as well.

Q: Are shipments tracked?

A: Yes, you will receive tracking information in an email once your purchase ships.

Q: What is the return window?

A: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, contact our team and we will attempt to resolve your concerns.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

A: Email support@512-hemp.com or fill out the contact form on the website with your order number and details of your return. We want to ensure quality and confidence in our product and will be working with you to find a solution swiftly.

Q: Is hemp legal in my state?

A: Legislation on hemp-derived products varies for each state. It is up to each customer to be aware of their local and state laws regarding hemp. Federally, hemp is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, but some states have outlawed certain specific derivatives. If you are unsure about your specific situation, contact us and we will guide you through the complicated process to understand legality in your state.

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?

A: No, currently we do not offer international shipping.

Q: Why is there an FDA Disclaimer?

A: In order to sell hemp-derived products, they must be tested to contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. This disclaimer is added to each product and to our footer to ensure transparency with our federal and state regulatory agencies and to allow our customers to feel confident consuming our products.

Q: How are products tested?

A: Our finalized products are sent to third-party labs to be tested for the potency of certain derivatives. The results of each test are compiled into Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and are available for download on our Lab Results page.
