We ship to all US states where the sale of hemp-derived products is legal. All consumers are required to abide by state and local laws.
We ship through either USPS or UPS depending on the destination address.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product. Pay zero shipping fees on all orders over $50.
We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations.
Edible products with be mailed with cold packs and as quickly as the mail service allows. Please contact us with questions or concerns over shipping in hot climates or seasons.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are not completely satisfied, simply send an email describing your reason, the product name, and proof of purchase including your order number to allow our customer service team to reconcile with you. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Damages and Concerns
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective/damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will begin rectifying the situation immediately upon notification of your issue.
To initiate a return or report an error, submit an inquiry form at the bottom of this page with the identifying information for your order.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you shipping instructions. Items shipped back to us prior to an inquiry will not be accepted for return.
